It is equipped with a 169 kW Cummins engine, delivering a maximum output of 230 hp. It complies with Euro III emission standards.
It features two drilling methods: auger drilling and pile driving using a diesel hammer.
Advantages:
1. Easy switching between drilling methods; adjustments can be made simply by unbolting and re-securing the fasteners.
2. High torque; the auger drive motor generates a torque of up to 150 kN·m. Motors and gearboxes from renowned Chinese manufacturers are utilized.
3. It is equipped with a 140/140 plunger pump, two 12-module gearboxes for the slewing mechanism, and a drive motor with a thrust force of 400 kN. It is capable of operating on challenging terrain and possesses high traction capabilities.
4. The main winch, with a lifting capacity of 13 tons, features two speed modes (fast and slow) to accommodate various drilling methods. The auxiliary winch is capable of handling a lifting load of up to 5 tons.
5. It is equipped with an automatic lubrication system for convenient and simple maintenance.
The LQR-150 drilling rig (a multi-functional drilling platform) was independently developed by our company. It is distinguished by its ease of maintenance, high productivity, and the simplicity with which construction methods can be switched.
